For households managing school supplies\, clothing\, transportation\, food\, and other expenses\, a free haircut can remove one more burden at the right time. More importantly\, the event creates a safe and welcoming environment where young people are seen\, supported\, and served by community members who want them to succeed. \nThis initiative reflects the broader mission of the Tri-County Friendship Foundation and its partners: improving quality of life across Bexar\, Comal\, and Guadalupe Counties through service\, charitable support\, and character-building activities that promote unity and friendship. DESCRIPTION:On 7 November 2026\, the Riverside Golf Course\, located in San Antonio\, TX\, will host our Capstone fundraising event to benefit the Tri-County Foundation Scholarship. This golf tournament is open to all personnel\, spanning across the tri-county area and as far as Dallas to Houston. Our foundation team would consider it an honor if you would participate in our tournament as a golfer or an honorary golfer.\n\nThe foundation benefits students enrolled at colleges and universities in the local area. Your contribution will lend critical support to local students and their families with a legitimate financial need for education. Because of your generosity\, the endowment can continue invest in worthy young scholars who\, despite financial constraints\, are already having a positive impact in our very own community. It would be an honor if you were to partner with us and become a Friendship Sponsor to help provide needed financial assistance to our young men and women in our local area pursing a higher education. DESCRIPTION:The Tri-County Friendship Foundation is a recently formed Nonprofit Organization operating in Bexar\, Comal\, and Guadalupe counties in Texas. Its mission is to improve the quality of life in Bexar\, Comal\, and Guadalupe Counties by providing charitable support\, academic scholarships\, and character-building activities that promote friendship and unity. \nIn the last two years\, TCFF has been recognized for its volunteer work with a backpack drive in New Braunfels\, Texas\, with DR Horton and the Dallas Fields Community\, partnering with the City of New Braunfels to shuttle patrons during the city’s annual MLK March\, Volunteering at the Food Bank in New Braunfels\, Texas\, Coordinating a community blood drive with the ARC of Comal County\, Volunteering with Habitat for Humanities in Guadalupe County\, partnering with the athlete guild to support the 5k Jingle Bell Run and Holiday Stroll in Seguin\, Texas. \nAs we grow\, we are committed to reaching out and partnering with local businesses and other community organizations to co-sponsor foundation events and solicit charitable donations to help grow the foundation and our reach within the community. \n  \nWe appreciate any help received. Whether that be partnering with TCFF on one of our events\, or simply making a charitable contribution that moves us ever closer to our goal of meeting the needs of the tri-county community.
