The Tri-County Friendship Foundation began with a simple idea: that friendship and unity can create real, lasting change in the communities of Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe Counties. On January 17, 2023, the Tri-County Friendship Foundation was officially established as a community-based nonprofit organization serving Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe Counties. Founded with the mission to strengthen friendship and unity, the Foundation set out to improve quality of life through educational support, scholarships, community development, and volunteer engagement. This date marks the beginning of a journey dedicated to building trust, fostering partnerships, and delivering services that empower individuals and families across the tri-county region
On April 14, 2024, the Tri-County Friendship Foundation reached an important milestone in expanding its impact across the community. Building on its mission to foster friendship and unity, the Foundation deepened its service to Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe Counties by advancing new programs that combined charitable outreach with educational opportunity. This moment reflected the Foundation’s growing presence as a trusted partner in providing both hands-on community support and pathways for youth development through scholarships
On June 21, 2025, the Tri-County Friendship Foundation proudly awarded its first scholarships, marking a major step in its mission to invest in the future of local youth. This inaugural scholarship giveaway provided deserving students from Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe Counties with both financial support and encouragement to pursue higher education. The event represented more than an award—it symbolized the Foundation’s commitment to empowering the next generation through education, service, and opportunity
